Welcome to b & b arsella of viareggio ! our b & b is located in viareggio between the waterfront and the beautiful pinewood . its fantastic location allows you to reach in two steps the equipped beach ( 50 meters ) and the ' walk ' : the waterfront where you will find boutiques, cafes and restaurants. equally close is the pineta park , a true oasis of green with entertainment and local adults and children (tennis , mini golf , rides, horses, dancing , bowling lanes , bicycles and restaurants). the property is currently under renovation and will be ready to welcome from june . you will find the renovated premises , plant hot / cold solar panels, comfortable and bright and also a special focus on organic and local foods . the building that houses the b & b is a 2-storey building of the early 30s of the 900 and has 6 bedrooms, each with private bathroom and is equipped with a lift . on the ground floor plus two bedrooms there is a large common room where you can have breakfast every morning from 8.00 to 9.30 . on the first floor there are 4 bedrooms : two of these rooms overlook via vespucci and have a nice terrace where you can see the promenade , the sea and the apuan alps . the other two overlook the courtyard and have a terrace each. the b & b is family run arsella . for this and the limited number of rooms, the customer is followed in the most comprehensive , taking into consideration any of its requirement with professionalism and courtesy. we like to imprint the commercial policy of the b & b on affordable prices without sacrificing comfort , hygiene and safety . in particular, we offer special services dedicated to families traveling with children , as we also have a 3 year old , we know how important it is to be welcomed into a structure suitable for children . a curiosity: the clam is a dialect word , liguria and tuscany , to indicate the tellina : a bivalve mollusc and very tasty that lives in the shallow waters of our coast and clean . rooms each room is named after a fish or crustacean typical of our area. they are functionally furnished with furniture and new additions as well as also the linen. they are all equipped with: air conditioning hairdryer bathroom with shower heating color tv (room octopus, maruzzella arsella and cicada ) terrace with sea and mountain views or a balcony / terrace overlooking the courtyard. the linen is provided once every four days while cleaning is daily. both services are included in the price. to clean , the rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am notes , discounts and supplements: prices and terms on request free for children 0-3 years old sharing existing bedding high chair free wifi throughout the hotel in room other useful information : check-in appointment : from 14.00 to 19:00 check- out: 10:00 breakfast time served : 8:30 to 10:00
