we are located in the heart of the village of agrustos, atop a hill surrounded by nature and surrounded by greenery, the scents of the mediterranean sea.
our house has it all on 1 level, is spacious and comfortable, allows us to offer you a holiday of relaxation by the sea, is situated in a quiet and reserved, which are still strongly marked the habits and customs of sardinian tradition ... our people has been known for its warm hospitality.

the rules to be observed in the b & b are not only those provided for by law, but especially those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.
therefore we invite the gentlemen guests to observe scrupulously the following provisions, in order to allow a pleasant stay to others and to themselves:
how to book
you can request information for your stay in b & b via e-mail or phone for faster response.
to confirm the reservation request is an e-mail with your personal data. you will receive a confirmation of the possible availability of the room, with the charges, together with the reservation information and the details for the payment of the deposit, to be made by bank transfer or postal order.
the requested sum will be equal to 30% of the total amount for the stay. the reservation will be valid upon receipt of payment receipt via email.
the balance of the amount agreed to be delivered upon arrival at b & b, with its delivery room (sorry but we do not accept payments by check, traveler's checks, credit cards)
with the formula b & b there are no minimum length of stay, your stay can start on any day of the week.
the first day in b & b
since the b & b accommodations in small family-run, there is no reception service available 24h-24h. it will therefore be a welcome communication from you about the time of arrival and delays.
upon arrival at our facility will be required to ciascun'ospite, a valid id to register provided by law. sensitive data collected will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy deposited inside the chamber.
below are shown the common areas, the room and handed over their keys which include those of the main entrance. every guest at the end of stay, will return the keys. in case of loss will be required to compensate.
key collection offers a complete autonomy and freedom of entry and exit without any constraint of time.
guests are required to observe silence during the hours 14h00 to 16h00 and from 22h00 at 7.00, in any way must be maintained behavior such as not to disturb the tranquility of others.
the b & b does not include use of kitchen *
the rooms and facilities
check-in: the delivery room in low season, if possible, shall be made on arrival, while in high season is scheduled from 16.00 unless otherwise agreed elapsed between the manager and the guest **
check-out: rooms must be vacated by 10.30 am on departure day to allow you to do the cleaning and delivery of incoming guests to the rooms themselves.
in the case of departures in the afternoon or evening you can leave your luggage in a special area dedicated.
the cleaning of rooms and bathrooms will be done every three days and includes the exchange of towels, change of bed linen will be done every 7 days, except for special requests ***
and 'banned from entering the structure of strangers than the recorded arrival. the person may refuse entry to persons in excess.
canceling reservations and early departures
if you decide to cancel your stay you must advise us, 30 days before the agreed date of arrival, by e-mail or registered mail. the notice must be a written document. in this case you will be refunded the entire amount paid (€ 15 will be retained for banking charges and / or postal)
there is no refund if the cancellation is made later than 30 days.
if the customer does not take possession of the room by the day following that, and shall not communicate any delays, the reservation will be canceled and no refund is due from the owner.
we will not accept requests for reimbursements that were received after the stay or early departures.
on departure, the guest must pay the balance for the entire period initially agreed upon, if not several speakers and subsequent agreements, and also for any unexpired part of living for reasons not attributable to the manager.
cancellation of travel contracts by the b & b agrustos
b & b agrustos may, if god, war, disasters and the like to cancel the contract and reimburse the sum paid.
we accept no responsibility for damage caused to the guest (physical and material damage) arising from fire, theft or any other criminal activity.

** e 'possible to agree with us based on bookings for the period and the requirements of the host, try to make your stay memorable, without wasting a single minute of vacation, in the short wait to check-in, you can take advantage of areas, or if you prefer, leave your bags in the area and go to the beach, we will give priority admission to families with children are present, so please, when you leave, try to be punctual with schedules check-out, so that the same treatment to new guests.
